Daniel Weisfield is a third-generation mobile home park owner-operator who grew up fixing porches and mowing lawns at his grandfather's mobile home parks in California and Washington. He has a J.D. and M.B.A from Yale and is a licensed attorney. He previously worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a U.S. diplomat. His research on real estate and housing has been published in the New York Times, the LA Times, and the Wall Street Journal.
Yoel Kelman is a third-generation affordable housing owner-operator. He holds an MBA from MIT and is a CPA. At Duff & Phelps, a corporate finance consultancy, Yoel managed portfolio valuations and M&A due diligence for private equity investors and hedge funds. Prior to co-founding Three Pillar Communities, Yoel co-founded EcoVent, a technology company that builds wireless devices to reduce home energy consumption.
Our principal advisor is Dr. Nirit Peer, Daniel's aunt, who has 25 years of expertise in mobile home park acquisitions, financing, leasing, and operations. Nirit is a licensed mobile home dealer and a former director of the Idaho Manufactured Housing Association. A physician by training, Nirit was formerly Chief of Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente in Milpitas.
